1. Agreement
By browsing the site, contacting us, or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. The service
SubmitToDirectories provides done-for-you directory submission campaigns and related informational guides. Package sizes, inclusions, and pricing are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Third-party directories set their own eligibility, review, and listing rules; we cannot guarantee acceptance, ranking, traffic, or backlinks from any directory.
3. Accounts and communications
You do not need a client portal login to purchase. After payment we contact you by email to collect listing assets. You agree to provide accurate product and business information and to respond within a reasonable time so we can deliver the campaign.
4. Customer responsibilities
- You own or are authorized to promote the product or business being submitted
- Listing assets you provide are truthful and do not infringe third-party rights
- You comply with each directory's terms when a listing goes live under your brand
- You do not request illegal, deceptive, or spam submissions
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are stated in USD unless otherwise noted. Fees are due at checkout for standard packages. Custom scopes may be quoted separately before payment.
6. Delivery and timelines
We begin intake after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on package size, asset completeness, and third-party review queues. Outcome reports may include queued, submitted, live, and needs-attention statuses. Directory approval times are outside our control.
7. Refunds
Because work begins when intake starts and submissions are made to third parties, refunds are handled case-by-case. If we cannot perform the purchased submission work for reasons within our control, contact us within 14 days of purchase via the contact form and we will work toward a fair remedy (re-performance or partial/full refund as appropriate). Chargebacks without first contacting us may delay resolution.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the site or service to:
- Distribute malware, scrape the site abusively, or disrupt our systems
- Submit false business identities or manipulate review platforms
- Resell our service as your own without a written reseller agreement
9. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and guides are owned by SubmitToDirectories or its licensors. You retain ownership of your product assets. You grant us a limited license to use those assets solely to perform submissions and reporting for your campaign.
10. Disclaimers
The site and service are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law. SEO results, referral traffic, and directory approvals are not guaranteed.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubmitToDirectories is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase in the three months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your listing content, your product, or your breach of these Terms or third-party directory rules.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes apply to purchases made after the updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
